Working principle：
Drawer type magnetic filter is made of high quality
stainless steel tube and high Br rare earth
NdFeB magnets with
magnetic filter rod fixed on the
stainless steel drawer frame. When the iron containing material passes through the filter, it will be attracted by the magnetic rods and then be firmly adsorbed on the rod wall. This way, the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product are ensured.

3: refers to rows of the magnetic rods, a drawer may have 1 or 2 rows magnet, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
ZF9-50: indicates the type of attached vibrator. There are two types: ZF9-50 and ZF18-50; N refers to no vibrator. (vibrator technical data as below)
M: indicating temperature resistance.

How to clean up such magnetic assembly:
Draw-out type iron remover should be regularly cleaned according to the service environment to maintain better use effect. To clean up the iron remover, firstly removing magnetic grille in order, manually clean up the iron impurities on the surface of the magnetic bar.
