•Product Details

The outside diameter of bottom is 75mm, and the thickness is 32mm.
The dimension of NdFeB magnets: D65x5mm (there’s one magnet on each of the two bottom sides), with M10 hanger ring.
To avoid the steel sleeve falling off, it would be better to use 502 glue or screw glue to seal the M10 hanger ring and bottom steel sleeve before fishing.

Embeded Fixed Magnets - NdFeB Magnetic Assembly 20181123

Embedded fixed magnets, also known as fixed sleeve magnetic blocks, pre-buried pipe magnets, and concrete reserved hole magnets. This is a new NdFeB magnetic assembly in precast industry. This is the best tool to left holes to link the pipe on the concrete modules.

To use the embedded fixed magnets, firstly, it should be put on the iron plate of concrete modules. Then, insert a piece of PVC or PE pipe onto the embedded fixed magnet. After that, concrete can be put into the concrete module. If you want to remove the embedded fixed magnet, we need a hexagonal metal tool that matches the size of the screw hole. The embedded fixed magnet is composed of two parts: a magnet base with a screw hole and a threaded rod with a hexagonal hole.

In order to ensure the product has enough suction, the product is made by the NdFeB magnets that has the strongest suction. The coating of the magnet is NiCuNi. To prevent rusting, Zn or other material will be plated on the metal base. The surface of the magnet should be flat and clean, or it will decrease concrete reserved hole magnet’s actual suction. The maximum operating temperature of concrete reserved hole magnet is 80℃，please do not heat the magnet directly and keep it away from fire. If you want a higher operating temperature, you should use the higher grade magnets.

The assembly’ magnet suction and sizes will be adapted to customers’ actual requirements.

Tensile test method: Testing values are gained from all the magnetic rings absorbed on the iron plate with a thickness of 10mm. The thinner the iron plate is, the worse the magnetic conductivity effect. In the meanwhile, the measured tensile value will be lower.
Notes: Below data is tested on a tensile machine with a thickness of 10mm iron plate. The tensile can’t reach the values if the thickness of the iron plate is less than 10mm.
