The dimensions of magnetic bars we usually assemble are:
D25x150mm, N52, 12000gauss;
D38x150mm, N52, 12000gauss.
The thickness of stainless steel housing is 0.5mm, and the type of stainless steel we use is 304.
•The magnet configuration inside the magnetic bar
Generally, there will be six magnets inside the stainless steel housing. And between two magnets, there will be a magnetic conductive plate. But actually, the quantity of magnets and magnet grades can be changed according to customers’ requirement. And the length of stainless steel housing will be different because of the quantity of magnets. Besides, we can also drill holes on the magnetic bar assembly according to customers’ requirements.
Drill holes on Magnetic Bar, type of holes: M3 male thread/internal thread, M4 male thread/internal thread, etc.
•The testing for proof of gauss strength of magnetic bar
We actually use gauss meter to check the surface gauss strength of magnetic assembly bar. As magnetic bars are customized products. All data should need actual measurement. Even if magnetic bars have same dimension, surface gauss strength would be slightly different when they are produced.
Compare six magnets inside stainless steel housing with eight magnets inside it, actually the surface gauss strength of them won't change much if the lenth of tubes are different. But in the same volume of magnetic bar, six magnets inside it will have a stronger surface gauss strength than eight magnets inside.
