Classified by permanent magnetic materials and production process, round base magnet assemblies can specified into NdFeB round base magnets, ferrite round base magnets, and rubber round base magnets. Neodymium or ferrite round base magnets function mainly by magnets that are covered by iron housing, through which magnetic curves concentrate diametrically and downwardly. Magnet strength is greatly enhanced so that magnetic base can lift subjects that are hundred times heavier than themselves.
Neodymium round base magnets are made of NdFeB permanent magnets, iron housing, ESB plastic spacers. According to application, the products are with outer screws, inner screws, counter-sunk holes and axle holes. Neodymium magnets are plated, which can be protected by iron housing and EBS plastic spacers, so neodymium round base can be used in outdoor environment, when they are inserted into rubber or wood.
Rubber magnetic base consist of several neodymium disc magnets, iron holders or spacers and rubber cover. Because of isolation of iron sheet, magnetic curves between each magnet are distributed averagely, enhancing magnetic strength and enlarging attracting area. Due to excellent waterproof and shockproof functions of rubber, neodymium iron boron magnets are not easy to corrode inside.
Ferrite magnetic base are comprised of iron housing and ferrite magnets, including outer screws, inner screws, screw holes and axle holes. Because ferrite magnets have strong resistance to corrosion, they do not need plating.
